Water is Delicious. Right?

Ugh. I'm so not a water drinker. Coffee? You betcha! Soda? Yep. Tea? Delicious! Water? Ummm...do you have anything else to drink?

I know. Terrible. I need to be better about drinking water so that's why it made it on the 2013 goal list. I started looking up tips for how to increase water drinking and one of the recommendations I found was to get a water bottle, keep it full at all times and to keep it near you. The site said you'll drink more water without even realizing it. And...they were right!





My weapon of choice is a Contigo water bottle. I love it because it has no lid to unscrew. Simply push a button and you have easy access to water. It's great at the gym especially when I'm running or taking my RPM class. Plus, it's 100% BPA free. (The big selling point.)
